Steps

  1. 1. Display the PNR and read the segment status
    Look at the segment status code.
  2. 2. Ask the terminal whether to revalidate or reissue
    Same fare and class means revalidation.
  3. 3. Revalidate the coupon
    Only valid when nothing about the fare changes.
