Reissue, revalidation & refund

Revalidation moves the coupon to a new flight when the fare, booking class, routing and fare rules stay identical — typically a same-day, same-class schedule change. Anything that touches the fare requires a reissue with recalculation, penalty and possible add collect.

Refund = fare paid − penalty − non-refundable taxes, subject to the rule category. Always quote the rule, not a guess; the simulator shows the same breakdown structure a real refund screen does.
