Building a complete PNR

Name, Itinerary, Contact, Ticketing arrangement, Received from. Remember them as NITTR. Missing any of them means end transaction is refused with a NEED message that names exactly what is absent.

The name element is the hardest to fix later — a misspelled surname often requires the airline's approval or a reissue. Add the title (MR/MRS/MS/CHD/INF) and never guess spelling.

Sell the flights before pricing, add contacts before ending, and always price before ticketing. Every element you add after pricing invalidates the stored fare — the simulator clears the TST exactly like a real host does.
