Ticketing & e-tickets

The ticketing element carries either an OK confirmation or a time limit. When the limit expires the airline can cancel the segments automatically — queue discipline exists exactly for this.

Issue only after the PNR is saved and priced. A ticket issued in error can normally be voided the same day, inside the airline's void window and before the daily sales report closes; after that only a refund path is available.
