  • Follow up until payment, then hand over documents
  • Handle visas, baggage and travel requirement questions

  • Learn to price the same route three ways: cheapest, fastest, most flexible
  • Write a one-paragraph quote template and reuse it
  • Know the visa and baggage basics of your top five destinations
  • Practise the objection: 'I found it cheaper online.'

  • Sell me a 5-night trip to Dubai for a family of four with a 2,000 USD budget.
  • The customer disappears after your quote. What is your follow-up?
  • How do you justify an agency fee?
